I am working for deploying aggregate supply planning across plants, carrying out product plant allocation, Month supply planning & Master production plan. • Defect reduction by 10% - 15% using DIFTR or FSOK in the BIW shop, Tata motors Jamshedpur. All possible defects collected from the quality gate have been analyzed using Pareto analysis and daily monitoring and tracking format prepared for each station to reduce the defects.

• Profitability Improvement of TATA Motors Service center, and TASS, Bangalore. I have worked on the dealers and TASS profitability improvement by finding out the key areas like warranty, Procurement, Turnaround time, Customer-centric approach, quality service, customer-focused plans and offers and projected a profit of Rs. 7 lakhs. Performed some kaizens in Arvind motors, Bangalore to reduce the turnaround time, which leads to an increase in productivity and profitability.
