 Develop production plan and schedule and ensure optimum utilization of resources to enhance production. Analyze production requirements, arrange resources and work assignments in order of priorities. Monitor adherence to production schedule to ensure production targets are achieved. Coordinate with related departments to solve problems and optimize production process as per SPS requirements. Inspect and conduct audit of processes including operations procedure, product quality, and compliance to safety standards. Establish and maintain work performance measurement and report system to present work results and indicate improvement direction. Minimize performance bottlenecks to achieve operational excellence with minimum consumption of material & machine and cost control. Attend Customer complaints and analyze root cause and initiate corrective actions and closures of complaints in time. Identify scope for enhancing production and operations by modifying equipment, process flow, work practice, and consumables, etc.
