A social enterprise running physical education programs and awareness workshops aimed at reducing substance abuse, bullying, and gender inequality in over 50 public and private schools across India.  Organized over 20 sports events including ‘Adidas Uprising’ and ‘FC Bayern Youth Cup’, (in collaboration with FC Bayern Munich) with over 3,000 participants cumulatively  Led team of 50 coaches & 10 managers to ensure smooth day to day operations of programs.  Launched physical education programs in 8 schools in Hyderabad; responsible for identifying schools, speaking to the management, hiring coaches, and procuring equipment.  Led social media campaigns and prepared promotional content including newsletters and fliers.  Collaborated with Coromandel Productions to produce an advertisement raising awareness on the positive impact of our programs.  Worked closely with school principals, evaluating program impact and identifying areas of improvement.  Organized "Gift a ball" - gifted over 100 balls to deserving children to improve their skill levels.  Collaborated with NGOs and individual experts to organize awareness workshops on gender inequality and bullying among children and their parents.
