In my role as the Head of Global Delivery Center, India, I have played key role in establishing the GCC (Global capability center) in India and is accountable for a portfolio of various service areas within Application Development and Support. My primary focus is on enhancing the strategic value of India within the context of the ANDRITZ Group IT strategy. This involves spearheading internal transformation efforts to enhance our engineering capabilities in enterprise technologies. Additionally, I am responsible for creating high performance teams and leading them for developing software solutions that drive business growth across various domains within organization.

In my role of Delivery Leader, I was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing software delivery within the Customer Operations vertical. I participated in technical design, and application integration discussions to ensure seamless project execution. I provided insights and guidance to clients, advising them on digital strategies and recommending suitable solutions. Effective client relationship management and stakeholder engagement was integral part of my responsibilities, involving close coordination and interaction with corporate teams, client representatives, as well as vendors and suppliers.

As Director (Delivery), I was accountable for overseeing the successful delivery of services to global clients, managing a team of over 100 full-time employees across key accounts. I collaborated closely with clients to define their digital strategies and develop comprehensive roadmaps. I actively participated in technical design and architecture meetings, ensuring that solutions for complex projects were well-designed and reviewed. I successfully led and facilitated innovation workshops to drive creative thinking and problem-solving. Risk assessment audits were part of my role, enabling me to identify areas for improvement in service delivery, governance, relationship management, value addition, and innovation. I take charge of customer governance meetings, diligently capturing feedback and implementing action plans for continuous improvement. Guiding and mentoring a team comprising SPMs, PMs, Technical Architects, Engineers, and QA professionals was among my key responsibilities. To ensure efficient operations, I established development processes based on Agile methodologies and support processes aligned with ITIL standards. I also contributed to the business development and growth of existing accounts, nurturing long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.

As a program manager, the responsibilities included -Managing multiple deliveries of development projects in Retail, Supply Chain and Corporate domains.-Manage a globally distributed delivery team -Identify business requirements and feasibility analysis of business cases for development projects.-Designing solution sets.-Client relationship management & Stakeholder management -Budget and Margin Control -Presales and Business Develoment

-Managing the complete Java applications portfolio for the client. -Accountable for schedule, cost and quality for the deliveries made on the projects.-Managed applications following Agile Methodologies.-Do feasibility studies for significant new systems or expansion of current systems.-Estimating, Designing and creation of solution sets in Java/J2EE platform.-Maintain the metrics and publish it to management to keep in sync about the health of the projects as per the agreed metrics.-Develop project cost and benefit estimates, including identification and evaluation of alternatives and risks.-Resource Management. Recruitment – Ramp up of teams.-Working with various stakeholders for executing the projects with teams located in Gurgaon, US and UK.
