1. Test Documentation – Creating and reviewing test plans, test strategies, checklists, test cases, test reports. Was alsoinvolved in creation of project related documentation, like internal app handbooks, user guides, wire-frames etc.2. Individual Contributor – Frequently testing the products under development for VnV and to confirm UX. If unsatisfactory, finding alternatives with the design team and developers, keeping priority-vs-cost-vs-effort in mind.3. Test Management – Coordinating with, and guiding, a team of testers (assigned to different environments), to test apps being built by our team. Monitoring and continuously reviewing the entire test activity.4. Test Automation – Creating regression test scripts (Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, jUnit) for both existing web apps and ones being developed.5. Performance testing a. Writing load tests in jMeter, to confirm teacher and student volume scenarios for our LMS. b. Performing network analysis to ensure sites load quick and feel snappy (front-end performance).6. API testing – Performing API tests, using both Postman and SoapUI, to test both internal and vendor APIs.7. Project management activities – Coordinating and tracking tasks with other teams (dev, deployment, network, vendor, infosec etc). Ensuring that things get done both within and outside the team.8. KT and app demos – Taking sessions for the team for both knowledge transfers and self development and providing app demos to other teams, stakeholders and vendors.

1. Test Management - Managing a team of 50 members across multiple projects. Creating, monitoring, and modifying test plans and strategies/executions/reporting (as per project and process dynamics).2. Test Automation - Creating test automation scripts and frameworks, for Functional, UI, Performance and Security tests. Hands on experience on automation tools like Selenium WebDriver (Junit/TestNG/Maven), JMeter 3.0 (Load testing), OWASP ZAP (Security testing) along with some BDD testing experience (Spock framework). 3. Working in Agile, Waterfall, VnV project models. Ability to work in, or devise, custom implementations as per project requirements.4. Test Estimation - Working with higher management and sales teams to provide accurate test pricing, after analyzing project-optimum test practices (manual and automation), resource strategies, risks etc. 5. Individual contributor - Working on individual projects and/or providing necessary support to the team.6. Requirement analysis and test coordination - Sound experience in critiquing Business, Technical and Functional requirements. Gathering requirements, understand end-to-end application functionality and devise / build, test strategies depending on the project needs along with test activity coordination.7. Recruitment - Recruiting junior and senior-level quality engineers for both generic and project-specific requirements.8. Ensuring standards compliance - Experience in validating compliance to regulatory standards and/or company standards. Hands-on experience in accessibility compliance testing with various tools like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack along with a firm understanding of WCAG 2.0/508 accessibility guidelines and its applications.
