Renegade is a P&C insurance distribution InsurTech based out of Atlanta.My activities as the Head of Channel Partnerships -• Built 'Insurance as a Service model that seamlessly enables non-insurance companies to add insurance as an additional offering without having to get into regulatory requirements. Have onboarded 50+ partners. • Increased leads at low CAC through partnerships by identifying and solving the blockers created for the channel partners. • For financers in home and auto space, by embedding insurance into the workflow of the financers, we have achieved speed and helped financers build additional revenue streams. • coordinated with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to enable and operate partnership requirements. • Built 2 Products in the space - Co-ordinated with 5 engineers, QA, and Design

• Joined the Founders Office hire and helped the founders launch several strategic programs. Manage OKRs. • As Director-India, I built a team in India 0 to 150 people in 2 years. This included hiring product/engineering leaders and managers.
