My experience in publishing meant that I could contribute in other areas such as content delivery. I mentored new team members and trained the team to use New Statesman's content management system.

As editor I was responsible for the magazine, e-newsletter and website. My team published nine issues of Asian Hospital & Healthcare Management and a monthly e-newsletter. We also updated the website with news items on a daily basis. Midway through my stint I took over the reigns for Pharma Focus Asia magazine, e-newsletter and website and ensured smooth functioning of both the publications, working closely with the authors, and the sales and production teams. I also coordinated the re-launch of Asian Hospital & Healthcare Management magazine's website. My team generated revenues through reprints of articles, sale of magazine copies and advertisements.

I developed content for the first ever issue of Asian Hospital & Healthcare Management to be printed by SPG Media in India. Since this was the first time SPG was publishing magazine in India, I was involved in establishing the publication process for magazines.
