As an automation engineer, I am developing my “testing framework” based on the POM.● I am performing various types of testing, such as functional testing, smoke testing, and regression testing.● I am responsible, in my current project, for the execution of Regression tests when developers add new functionality to the application or at the end of the sprint.● I am also responsible to check daily reports of the Smoke test to make sure that the environment is up and running.● I am using JIRA as a bug-tracking tool. Once the bug reports were fixed by developers, I retest them and if it is passed, close them. Ifthe defect is not fixed, so I reopen them.• I am capable of executing API tests by using Java REST Assured and Postman. Familiar with using Java JDBC Library and Oracle SQL Developer in Database Testing.● Also, as a part of the Agile Scrum Team, I participate in several walkthrough meet can execute API tests and provide valuable feedback to the BA.● Lastly, I am a cross-functional team member that is always willing to help my team in any way to achieve our sprint goal.
