We work with leading Fortune 500 companies and other large organizations delivering value by engaging and managing their non-employee workforce, improving talent quality, procuring services, providing savings, and managing risk & compliance.Program: Toyota Motors North America (TFS, TMNA One-Tech and Non One-Tech, TMNA PE)Roles and Responsibilities:•Accountable for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit’s products/services. •Maintained quality customer service and day to day site operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined.•Maintained an updated SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day procedures so that operations function efficiently and implement new processes to enhance current processes and to strengthen efficiencies.•Facilitated the fulfilment of temporary requisitions through Magnit VMS and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of staffing desk suppliers and managers.•Proactively meet with hiring managers for requisition Intakes, qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers to empower them for success.•Created the requisitions in Magnit VMS and distributed them to the suppliers.•Reviewed the resumes thoroughly to ensure quality and forwarded them to the Hiring Managers.•Screened the candidates and Scheduled Interviews with the Managers.•Rolled out offer to the candidates who the Managers decided to offer.•Resolve and follow through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, manager and staffing agency.•Ensured required screenings and pre-employment checks take place in line with client requirements.•Enrolled the candidates in the Magnit VMS to ensure smooth processing for background checks.
