Manage and maintain mechanical equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Lead and supervise teams of mechanical engineers, Foremen, and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities. Implement preventive maintenance programs, resulting in a reduction in downtime and an increase in productivity. Coordinate equipment installations, repairs, and replacements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Develop and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in an increase in efficiency. Currently part of a planning team to enhance plant capacity from 12500 TCD to 20,000 TCD and verify & cross-check the supplier drawings as per design requirement & operational convenience.

Responsible for the safe operation of the Boiler House, Power House, and Mi l House Led, managed, and organized corrective, preventive, and annual maintenance of the whole plant including the process house during shutdown Maintains the technical integrity of a l equipment like Steam Boilers, Steam Turbines, Cane Cutters and Shredder, Mi ls, Heat Exchangers, Fa ling Film Evaporators, Centrifugal and Positive Displacement Pumps, Centrifugal Machines, Air Compressors, Diesel Engine Generators, Cooling Towers etc. Assist in the insta lation and setup of new and existing equipment. Involved in BMR of the plant from 5,000 TCD to 10,000 TCD.

Maintains the operation and survei lance of a l boilers and steam turbines. Carries out a l required operational changes, safety inspections and procedures, boiler blow down , fuel transfers, chemical tests, feed water analysis etc. Maintains an operating log and provides operating data, graphs, etc. pertinent to the efficient operation of the plant.
