Seconded to TACT to establish from scratch a new registered reablement service for local residents in need of ongoing support; also to begin the work of establishing a transitional service which would enable people with severe learning difficulties or mental health problems to be moved from secure out-of-borough establishments back into their local communities. The service started strongly and continues today under TACT's new name, the Affinity Trust.
