Handling Corporate SME and Retail liability segments, for Mumbai and Rest of Maharashtra.- Segment and key geographical area includes Mumbai and Rest of Maharashtra.- Product Handle: Bulk Payments/ Digital Cheque printing , E-NACH, NACH , Virtualaccount , UPI – Payment and collection , API – H2H , Payment Gateway, Cheque Collection. (Also generating lead for trade finance product)-Key Responsibilities:-•Acquisition of new clients for CMS products across various business segments with focus on corporate and SME segments.•Responsible for relationship enhancement, value generation and average ticket Size build-up, from existing portfolio.

Reported directly to CMS Zonal Head.Handled SME and Retail liability segments for Navi Mumbai and Thane region.•Worked closely with Regional Vice President to assist with the generation of newbusiness opportunities from current and prospective clients.•Product Handled : Transaction Banking product like Online Transactions , Collections , Payment with special focused on E-Nach , UPI collection, Virtual account , cheque collection , bulk payment and etc)-Key responsibility.•Coordinated and assist in the creation and distribution of client communication (e.g. upgrades enhancement, new features etc.)•Worked closely across with operations department to resolve client related problems andissues.•Worked closely with technical support to address and fix the technical issue being face by client.•Facilitate timely communication with all internals stakeholders regarding client related issues.
