This transformation involved shifting our operations from a sprawl of 12 physical servers to a streamlined virtualized environment, and it was accomplished with careful consideration for saving in rackspace and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment.We achieved this transition with a lean infrastructure, comprising just 3 Dell servers and cutting-edge Synology NAS solutions. With a leadership role encompassing all aspects of the project, from meticulous planning to its meticulous execution, I guided the initiative towards success.
