Always looking at new ways to delight his customers, he is now the founder & Creative Director and given birth to his latest and greatest project to date Alevri.Alevri! Our name means "flour" in Greek, the core ingredient used in every bake house. Alevri offers the finest baked goods and daily eats and like an obsessive collector of the best flavours, we are inspired by Australian, Greek, Italian, French and Middle Eastern treats.Alevri provides a friendly, welcoming place to visit daily for breakfast, lunch and late afternoon/early evening snacks, especially for those who yearn for proper, traditional Greek/Mediterranean/European flavours, which we have all grown to love here in Australia.Everything we do is meticulously hand crafted in-house, throughout each day, where even the phyllo pastry is made by hand.
