After getting qualified as a CPA, I joined PwC as an auditor for 1 year. For studying IFRS, I decidedto come to Japan and got a master's degree. After graduation, I joined Sysmex Corporation andworked for accounting departing in the first 2 years. My main job contents are IFRSimplementation project, accounting for consolidation, result management of foreign affiliates. Then, I participate in the project of establishment of global treasury management structure,implement treasury management system, develop risk management structure and deploy to foreignaffiliates in Financial Department. In addition, I am responsible for budget/funds/investment/financial management of the Group.Now, I am working on M&A project and engaging in post-merger integration.
