- Communicate through the AWS system with parents, guardians and school staff of students with disabilities receiving transportation service to travel to and from public schools or nonpublic placements in the District of.
- Provide bus status for the current day for morning and afternoon transportation services
- Assist with questions, issues, concerns and complaints regarding student’s transportation services
- Provide updated information such as early arrivals, delays, inclement weather, emergencies causing route changes, shut down or delayed opening of schools
- Provide parent or guardian with requested reimbursement documentation
