In partnership with the broader Defined Contribution Distribution channel, I develop integrated marketing plans and implement data-driven channel marketing initiatives leveraging the broader Marketing organization. I am a business partner to our DC distribution teams, experts within our investment solutions marketing and investment management teams, as well as peers across the specialized services marketing organization to create, launch, promote, socialize and syndicate integrated campaigns highlighting our DC-specific thought leadership, investment themes and products.

As AVP in Integrated Marketing I supported the Institutional, International and Private Bank channels and developed fully integrated campaigns aligned with marketing strategy. In collaboration with Distribution and the broader Marketing organization, I created and executed global marketing campaigns, promoted thought leadership and value-add collateral, and project managed content promotion.

As an Associate, I expanded on previous experience in the firm to manage client servicing and reporting requirements for institutional investors, intermediary distribution channels and HNW clients. These include delegating global client relations team reporting requirements to streamline client servicing. I also implement departmental procedures for efficiency, and work directly with operational teams to facilitate reoccurring as well as customized reporting requests. I was involved in firm-wide community outreach programs as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives focused on women in leadership.

The Analyst role required management of east coast client and third party consultant inquiries and requests, with a larger focus on team-building to implement SLAs and facilitating inquiry management more efficiently. I was also responsible for training and managing new hires in New York and London, as well as project managing best practices for client servicing.

As the first Client Services Administrator hired onto the newly formed Client Services sub-department within Marketing, I was tasked with transitioning servicing requests and inquiries from Marketing and operational personnel to the team's ownership. In additional to reoccurring and ad hoc client reporting requests, I managed audit confirmations, wire instruction updates and website access requests. As the role expanded, I trained new hires in New York, Los Angeles and London.

This role was a support role for senior members of the Marketing team and included management of east coast consultant relationships.

I provided operational support for marketing material such as brochures, customized review books and due diligence documents.

This role provided a direct line into the CEO, Board of Directors and Board of Governors with whom I formed close professional relationships in order to implement programs and keep operations moving. I was also editor of our annual newsletter, transcribed psychiatric sessions and assisted with events such as adult group sessions and the annual Crystal Ball.
