Processing of transactions of the sold investment products by coordinating with the front and back office. Routinely exceeded the pre-set individual business targets by 100% to 120% which significantly reduced the branch’s cost of fund and helped meet the annual branch business target. Proactively engaging with retail and corporate clients to take care of the day-to-day banking needs like fund transfer, cheque clearing, general and investment account opening, and any other banking needs as required bythe clients.
