My role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, curriculum development, and the successful delivery of our educational services, which include Spoken English, IELTS preparation, Phonetics, and other language training programs for learners of all ages.Key responsibilities include:Driving business development and expanding our educational offerings to meet the evolving needs of students.Managing and mentoring a team of experienced educators, ensuring a high standard of teaching and personalized coaching for each student.Spearheading marketing and outreach efforts to increase enrollment and enhance Coach Academy's reputation in the educational sector.Building partnerships with local and international educational organizations to broaden learning opportunities.Overseeing the financial health and sustainability of the academy, ensuring efficient resource allocation and continuous growth.With a passion for education and leadership, I am committed to creating a transformative learning environment where students can achieve their personal and professional goals through high-quality language education.
