Account Director
During January 2016 - July 2016, my own progress and development unfortunately stalled during a period of seriously ill health. During this time though I was able still to manage a full client portfolio of 5-6 clients at any one time, as well as provide a calm, reassuring and experience management presence for my team, despite only working 6 days out of every 10.Thankfully after this period of ill health ended in July 2016, my own growth and improvement could resume as I returned to work in a full working capacity. When able to give my full attention and energy to my professional vocation I was able to reestablish and prove my experience with management in all aspects of my role within the agency, proving that I was able to take on new responsibilities and establish myself as even more of a key member of personnel for the Agency's prospects.Taking on the new role of Account Director I now responded directly into the Managing Partners of the Agency, as well as the Client Services Director across all client management queries. New responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, assistance with invoicing as well as becoming the new escalation point for Affiliate client queries and issues.During this time I continued to grow both personally and professionally. I undertook and achieved high scores in further Qualifications, including the IPA Advanced Course and becoming Google Analytics certified. Additionally I began to grow my own presence as a voice within the Performance and Affiliate Marketing industry, contributing to the the Drum Network online in April 2017 and the IAB Lifetime Value Whitepaper in November 2017, among others.
Senior Account Manager
After only 6 months in the role of Account Manager, it was decided that I had shown sufficient ability, knowledge and future potential with my current client & management responsibilities to merit an immediate promotion to Senior Account Manager. Promotion to Senior Account Manager was made official with new levels of involvement in Client procurement and establishment of International expansion within the agency.My new level of involvement with the new business side of the Agency ensured I became the first choice of the Management team for new business proposal feedback within the Affiliate sector for the agency, leading a majority of client proposals in meetings and presentations both with leads and evolution of current client work.I also became a key member in our work for APAC International expansion. Working with the International Account Manager, firstly with training, strategy and new client prospecting during a 6 week period in the UK, then by providing the immediate liaison to the IAM when feet were on the ground in AU, we our new client portfolio within the Oceanic marketplace grew to 5 by the end of 2015. Our work out there and my own involvement in this process was solidified with my own outbound trip to Brisbane and Sydney in 10/2015.Despite balancing a full client portfolio, acting as key cog in Australian expansion, managing a team of 4 active, experienced Affiliate professionals and being the spearhead for new Client proposals, I was still able to think about my own personal development and thirst for knowledge expansion. During this period I completed numerous qualifications, including the IPA - Institute of Practitioners of Advertising - Foundation Certificate and the Google Squared Online course. I also took the lead on and organised a Navigate Breakfast Performance Seminar, taking place in Belgravia in 11/2015. My management of the Park Resorts Affiliate Programme also lead to nomination for 'Best-Managed Affiliate Programme' at the PMAs'16

Joining Navigate Digital in August 2014, my key role immediately involved restoring consistency, balance and, above all else, performance to a wide range of Client Affiliate programmes and Performance Marketing campaigns.
