• Recruited, managed, and trained volunteers from three low voter turn out precincts into self-sustaining teams for voter registration, Phone banks, and canvassing. • Mastered the democratic national committee’s database in order to get the most targeted contact list on a daily basis.• Organized events and rallies for surrogates such as; President Obama, Bill Clinton, Valerie Jarrett, Julian Castro etc. with in days. • Executed a month long Get - Out - The - Vote plan which produced over 30, 000 voter contacts per weekend. • Managed approximately 500 phone bankers who contacted over 70,000 voters a total of seven times from November 2 – 6th • Won all three turfs I was responsible for by a three-to-one margin and doubled voter turnout from the 2008 election. • Our PWC team won the largest swing county in Virginia, 57% to 41% ultimately allowing Virginia to turn blue.
