I am a dedicated mental health professional with a strong foundation in providing trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to individuals and families. In my most recent role as a Program Therapist at Meridell Achievement Center, I focused on conducting psychosocial and intake assessments, providing individual and family therapy, and coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams to support adolescents and their caregivers. My approach is centered on empathy, active listening, and creating effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.During my time as a Mental Health Therapist at The Patterson Center for Resiliency, I provided individual therapy to adults and adolescents while engaging in case conceptualization and ongoing professional development.
