At JSW Paints, where I interned in management, I oversaw a project to assess and enhance the company's "Colourvista Glimpse Service." Customers may try out several paint colours on virtual versions of their walls for free. When evaluating JSW Paints, I looked at how their service stacked up against the competition in terms of quality, speed, flexibility, and overall procedure. Using the data, I proposed several fresh ways to improve the service's quality, efficiency, variety, and responsiveness to consumer input. In order to track progress, I defined certain measures and KPIs to track. Project goals included boosting customer happiness and sales with a plan for continuous improvement.
