Over the past six years, I've honed my skills in creating, managing, and promoting content across various channels, including webpages, blogs, emails, videos, podcasts, webinars, e-books, and more.In 2021, I took on the role of Senior Product Marketer, where I led the charge on product launches, engaged in analyst briefings, managed partner communications, handled public relations efforts, and undertook various other responsibilities; including mentoring new recruits. I have travelled across the world to attend conferences and exhibitions, where I promoted Zoho CRM, fostered connections with customers and experts, and delivered impactful presentations to live audiences.
