Schedule and monitor streetlight installation; pre-assess project areas and plan implementation activities. Provide administrative and technical support for contractors and field staff.▶ Organized teams of four to safely and efficiently install 32,000 Smart LED Streetlights, exceeding goal by 28%.▶ Redistributed work crew assignments to avoid delays caused by project management software; trained one field crew to use new software and operate independently while training another crew, decreasing the workload and time given to repair by more than 60%.
