As a Software Support Engineer at LeoPhoenix Tech, I provide end-user support and problem-solving solutions for web and mobile applications, using React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript. I also collaborate with the cloud engineering team to ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the applications. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos and a Computer Engineering course from NIIT Pune, I have developed a strong foundation in web development, project management, and technical support.
