 Maintain excellent rapport with clients and build strong agency-client relationships Register & process clients in-person and over-the-phone Accommodate client requests as appropriate Problem solve client complaints and escalate to upper management as appropriate Detail vehicles pre and post client use/rental Up-sell rentals and promote agency services Handle financial information of clients—this included cash, credit, business accounts, etc
