I managed a multi-disciplinary team - creative, design, social and development - to plan and execute client platforms and solutions. My mandate was to ensure user experiences aligned with business strategy and customer insights, while maintaining a high standard of quality.

In this role, I worked with Delvinia’s key clients - Microsoft Canada, RBC Royal Bank, Manulife Financial, Scotiabank International, Wall Street Journal, Rogers Publishing and Toronto Hydro - to plan and execute digital platforms and marketing programs; matching customer insights against the challenges of the marketplace and business requirements.

I managed key clients including Diageo Canada (Guinness, Johnnie Walker, Red Stripe) and Canada Dry Mott’s Inc. (Crush, Mott’s Clamato, Canada Dry),

Client Strategist for ThinData's top-tier clients, including: Sympatico / MSN, Virgin Mobile, Pfizer, Holt Renfrew, Transcontinental, Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership (OTMPC) and Hilton Hotels. Responsible for planning and delivering targeted email marketing programs following industry regulations and best practices.

Collaborated with multi-disciplinary team members including strategists, creative directors, technical architects and project managers in an effort to close strategic business deals. Managed business development activities - including proposals and pitches - with the goal of winning new business and minimizing the cost of sale.

Facilitated Internet Business, the online course component of the Internet Management Postgraduate program. My responsibilities included: sitting on the Internet Management Program Advisory Board; creating course curriculum and content; developing the Internet Business website(s); marking student assignments and providing feedback/guidance.
