My law practice areas revolve around real property, corporate/commercial and cross border trade and investments.I advise business owners on shareholder and board relationships, commercial and employment contracts, business advisory, dispute resolution, fundraising, and impact investing across market sectors like trade, renewable energy, emerging technologies, affordable housing, financial inclusion, agriculture, and the non-profit sectors.I am passionate about entrepreneurship, social impact, and the future of work.
