I am a great team player with excellent coordination skills. I actively coordinate with the client and all of the consultants, suppliers, vendors, and contractors throughout the course of the project. I help our consultants meet our client’s expectations by reviewing and red lining lighting plans, civil plans, structural plans, irrigation plans, architectural plans, plumbing plans, etc. to make sure that aesthetics are not compromised, site conflicts are avoided, and errors or omissions have been addressed. When problems do arise my even keel personality and can do attitude helps me lead consultants and other project team members to find appropriate design solutions that complement the site keeping budget and constructability constraints in mind.I have worked on a broad range of Landscape Architecture and Planning projects ranging from small scale residential to large scale community developments. In particular I have over 14 years of experience working on large scale master planned communities. Previous projects include the communities of Ladera Ranch, Sendero, and Esencia. I am typically involved at all levels of a project ranging from the preparation of builder, exhibits, design guidelines, conceptual site plans, community board meeting exhibits, entitlement processing, construction drawing completion, construction coordination, post construction coordination, to helping with the grand opening party permitting.
