Achievements on this role:1. Successfully worked with other members of the advisory board and board of trustees for board leadership and strategy execution as well as to fulfill the mission of Wellness Africa Foundation.2. Hiring of staff, and co-ordination of human resources, including volunteers for successful planning and implementation of all projects.3. Efficient implementation of health outreaches at over 10 communities to support the basic health needs of over 1,500 beneficiaries in 12 months.4. Established and maintained relationship with volunteers, funders, partner agencies, government MDAs, corporate organizations etc.5. Development of cutting-edge projects for strategic brand visibility; engagement in marketing, communications and revenue drive of Wellness Africa Foundation.6. OGUN STATE CASSAVA SPECIAL INTERVENTION PROJECT TEAMGiven the strategic objective to develop Cassava value chain by increasing the State’s cassava production (2000 Ha), improve productivity to meet demand and increase farmers’ revenue, I: Created a database of cassava farmers in the State and worked closely with the registered cassava farmers, through the Nigeria Cassava Growers Association (NCGA), Ogun state chapter. Provided technical support to NCGA farmers during the processing of NIRSAL's loan facility. Carried out Cassava value chain demand/supply gap analysis and supported NCGA’s engagement with service providers, especially for mechanization and input supply.OGSTEP: OGUN STATE ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION PROJECT ($250 million World Bank Assisted Project) Worked closely with the development partner technical consultants in provision of support on project conceptualization and design, strategic planning of OGSTEP and document preparation (Budget, Project Implementation Manual etc) in readiness for Board approval. Had strategic engagements with the Task Team Leader and other team members alongside the management of the Ministry during World Bank Mission. Worked with the Project Manager on all pre-project activities, including local travels.COMMUNICATIONS Team lead who set up the Ministry’s first online presence: Website (www.ogunagric.com) and social media platforms (Twitter/ Instagram: @ogunstateagric). The website greatly improved the Ministry’s dissemination of information to her various publics.OTHER COMMITMENTS Worked directly with the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Director of Planning, Research and Statistics, and other management staff of the Ministry of Agriculture to develop Ogun State’s Strategic Development Plan (2017 – 2030). Worked directly with the Hon Commissioner for Agriculture on special intervention projects related to the different value chains in the State as well as FG Youth schemes.

I was a C-suite Executive responsible for strategy execution, developing partnerships and identifying additional revenue streams for the company. I worked with the executive team to define company strategy and select which business opportunities to pursue. I worked alongside the CEO to develop the concept of two youth-focused capacity building programmes: Young Farmers Incubator Programme (YFIP) and Executive Farmer Incubator Programme (EFIP). These special projects gave me the ample opportunity to work with and lead a diverse pool of young and aspiring talents for whom I provided coaching for. I managed individual performance by creating incentives, establishing KPIs for all individuals, and implementing performance reviews.

 Formulated strategy on production and marketing; execution of plans for profit maximization. Coordinated all-year round production and reduction in post-harvest losses for sustained annual business revenue growth by over 200%. Built and maintained relationship with traders, suppliers and other customers. Hired, supervised and coached farm workers and other administrative staff. Kept farm records; organized and conducted training modules and workshops for farm staff.

Print Publication – “Venture Career Journal”• Researched and authored content for publication in CDNet’s online and career journals. Journals were published in Built Environment, Oil & Gas, Creative Arts & Culture and ICT sectors of the economy;• Proofread and edited submissions of sector contributors;• Co-ordinated periodic meetings with editorial committee members, graphics designers, printers, photographers, etc to ensure smooth and excellent outcome of publications.Public Speaking and Marketing• Developed and implemented plans for marketing and sales of CDNet products and services to drive customer and end user awareness and patronage;• CDNet’s lead speaker at the NYSC, Sagamu, Ogun State to market Venture Career Journal – Built Environment.
