Leadership and Management of the NCFMU that coordinates the management of the Non-Core (earmarked) Funds of UNFPA, which is about 70% of UNFPA’s annual budget, especially the major funds for family planning/contraceptives, maternal health, ending violence and harmful practices against women and girls, HIV prevention and in humanitarian response.
