I’m Akira Tuazon, an illustrator and graphic designer based in southeast Michigan. I have a strong interest in promotional artwork, product design, and branding. By working with both traditional and digital media, I create unique illustrations inspired by products, companies, and individuals to effectively engage and attract consumers.My professional portfolio includes illustrations for the Detroit-based indie band The Fruits and RAE Comics’ Joystick Angels, in addition to various personal commissions. My work has been exhibited at the Vivat Veritas Pop-Up Shop and Fashion Show, as well as the annual CCS Student Exhibition. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the College for Creative Studies.In my free time, I enjoy creating fan art for my favorite shows and games. Some of my other hobbies include hand embroidery and sewing, trying different cuisines and spending hours on RPGs.
