Reduced product development time from approximately 7 months to 3 days and delivered substantial cost reduction opportunities (~$10m p.a.). Achieved by encouraging creative 'out-of-the-box' problem solving throughout the team, whilst challenging previous company practice in a diplomatic yet convincing manner. Quality improvement and modelling techniques (Design of Experiment) were also used extensively throughout.
