I am the Chief Executive Officer at Plastic Bubbles and have been with the company for 6 years.Plastic Bubbles, an industry leader in injection moulding, has been creating and producing sustainable plastic packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, food and nutrition, hospitality, catering, cleaning, and chemical industries for over 45 years.My qualifications include a BSc in Mathematics with Management and Finance, and MSc in Finance. I worked as an investment banking intern in Metals and Mining at J.P. Morgan Cazenove before joining the Plastic Bubbles as the Strategy and Operations Manager, with one of my biggest achievements being my promotion to CEO and have since been involved in many innovative projects.In my role at Plastic Bubbles, I am responsible for:• Developing short and long-term strategies• Managing client relations/stakeholder communication• Product development• Overseeing operations/sales/marketing structures• Managing the company’s financial position• Mentoring and providing decision making guidance• Managing HR/Labour Relations• Evaluating industry developments, assessing risks, and identifying opportunitiesI have an in-depth understanding of the latest trends and developments within the packaging industry, as well as experience in product costings and development. I am passionate about leveraging new technology to develop creative packaging solutions. I enjoy doing things that have not been tried or tested before and am known to take risks to innovate and grow the company. I pride myself on my compassionate and professional demeanour when working with all stakeholders. When I am not offering high-quality sustainable solutions to enhance our clients’ brands and improve product functionality, you can find me winding down with a good whiskey while indulging in my interests in food, travel, design, and architecture.
