•Assessment of clients system requirements.•Producing technical proposal of system, new functions, software improvement. And those estimation.•Functionizing system requirement.•Design of system architecture, programs, test patterns of functions, job schedules, data modelling and database.•Review of documents that my colleagues worked for.•Analyzing result of tests and evaluating program quality. •Analyzing the fluctuation and the trend of system data such as processing quantity, performance and load of query.•Management and control of development environment, development schedule, configurations, source codes, tests, program quality, etc.•Recommending improvement of program and hardware for system performance.•Making software tools on Unix/Linux/Windows in order to automatize fixed tasks and decrease errors on my/colleagues’ duties.•Providing 2nd/3rd line support of running systems.•Providing advice, information and assistance to clients with translating jargon to non-technical words on face to face, by telephone, by E-mail.•Managing cost and budget of project. •Managing team/projects of over 30 technical staffs.•Procedure of orders and budgets for business partners.•Building and sustaining relationships with clients, technical teams, external contractors.•Reporting to the IT Director and to client.•Considering the promotion of young colleagues and the future design of department.
