Construction of breakwater, after Trenching of Toe: placing of core material, rock and ACCROPODE TM units (as per license holder’s specifications and requirements including supervision) and approved drawings and documents.• This project is mainly by the “Shapoorji Pallonji Company Ltd”(SPCL)• . Total value of project is 935 cores.Duties and Responsibilities• As a Quantity Surveyor (QS), I am responsible for preparation of Client Billing and Sub-Contractor Billing , Rate analysis, Reconciliation, SAP,& BBS.• Preparation of vendor code creation ,Letter of Intent (LOI) & work order for sub-contractor• Informed the company about prevailing market rates of material and labor. Also, maintained a record of changing trends in the market conditions• Preparation of reconciliation of all materials.• Preparation of Drawing for throughout project (Onshore and offshore structure) like Layout of chhara site, Labour Camp,• Preparation of drawings and Bill of Quantities of Breakwater(plan, cross section & Head section),temporary load out structure, Boundary Wall, Elevated Water Tank ,septic tank, storage water tank, Batching Plant ,Road etc.• Preparation of BBS and calculating the quantities for procurement required as per management.• Verified the bills for correctness and accuracy• Preparation of rate analysis for extra items as per the contractual conditions.• Every week attend the client review meeting • Proper management of materials and workmanship.• Coordinate with Contractor for smooth flow of work.

Duties and Responsibilities1. As a Project Associate, I was responsible for Study the site location, Site visiting, Surveying on land area and also inside the ocean area, finally prepare the full work report. Weekly report had prepared and submitted to my head. 2. The study aims at providing an in depth analysis on the wave tranquility near the cargo berth inside the Port like Chennai port, Ennore Port and Vaan Island. A suitable numerical model is required in order to carry out this task. For the present simulation, the well-known CGWAVE model has been used. Finally, from the simulated wave propagation into the port harbor region, an estimate of number of operable days during different months of an annual year has been predicted.3. Prepared the Drawings and Bill of Quantities of different structures in these projects. I was used more Software in Project’s AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Surfer, Tec plot, Gambit, XY Extract, Mat lab.4. Supporting and helped to PhD Students research works. 5. Soil test also checked for every month in various site locations like kerala& Andhra Pradesh.6. I was dealed to client for more projects in site and office.7. We are checked experimental test of my projects and took the result from the test, finally we compared to both theoretical and practical result.
