CurrentFroedtert Health is a magnet academic and community health system including 3 hospitals and over 100 clinics that is national recognized. http://www.froedtert.com/MediaRoom/MediaReleases/CurrentReleases/•Manage the training component of large scale, long term projects resulting in operational efficiencies and increased internal and external customer satisfaction including; Epic (electronic health record), Kronos (payroll and scheduling), eDevelopment , and project management. •Design, develop, deliver and evaluate on-going operational technical training. •Use the ADDIE model to analyzed current/future workflows, performed a gap tasks/baseline knowledge analyses, assess learning needs for each role, design blended learning strategies, develop stand-alone training materials for trainers and users, implement, and evaluate training. •Work with all organizational levels to roll-out developmental programs in train-the-trainer, leadership, coaching, skill and competency building, curriculum design to promote standardization and increase capacity.•Served on a committee that launched the Diversity & Inclusion Advocate groups which has grown to over 200 members across three hospitals. The workgroups are designed for the business strategy of building capacity, and developing a cultural competent workforce that leverages the individual uniqueness among people, cultures, and systems which collectively empowers staff to drive innovation, and deliver culturally competent care in order to be the premier healthcare system that increases the health of the community, and is an employer of choice. •Analyze business operations to identify issues and solutions. Received a Platinum Level Quest Award for developing a solution using Excel for Nursing Informatics Department’s Six Sigma project which contributed to 75% overall improvement of cost saving.
