𝗜‘𝗺 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗴, 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆. In my CEO role at BrewDog I develop, market and sell beers, build brands and create experiences while telling engaging stories around it. It is my responsibility to lead, develop and grow a fantastic team of almost 200 people for the world’s first climate positive brewery. This includes our teams in the brewery, office staff, sales, marketing, digital as well as the hospitality sector. With our own start up Welttournee Media, me and my best friend turn our travel adventures into media - audio, books and digital content. Since 2018 we developed a travel audio brand for full time working people in Germany. Alongside our own story telling we integrate brand communication of our partners and destinations into our media products. As a spin off of our > 5mio downloads podcast, we are playing live shows across the country. On top of that we are qualified experts giving key notes, do workshops with companies and lectures at Universities on topics like ‚new work’ and ‚destination management‘. We help to increase employee retention by inspiring people how much is possible with their annual 30 days off. As an individual, I always challenge the status quo and am fascinated by progressive ideas, perspectives and practices. One of my strongest interests is the transformation of our economy and the technologies enabling it to become more sustainable. Since my earliest childhood I spent half the time on the football pitch and love few things more than winning and celebrating within a team.
