As an experienced program and project manager with a strong research and data analysis background, I am passionate about development and driving social impact. I thrive in ambiguity, jumping headfirst into projects across community development, civic engagement, public affairs, and public policy, and learning almost anything on the fly.I have successfully organized large-scale events, managed CRM systems, and developed policy packs on key social issues affecting BIPOC communities. I have also demonstrated my ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, scale social impact, and pivot to create successful virtual and in-person events.
