I manage Tenement Talks at the Lower East Side Tenement Museum. I created this evening series of events and public programs to illuminate the story of New York: its culture, history and people. Recent speakers include, Mayor Ed Koch, Pete Hamill, Rebecca Traister in conversation with Gail Collins, Paul Goldberger, William Grimes and Chimamanda Adichie. When I am not at the Tenement Museum, I lend my bookselling and event planning skills to several exceptional bookstores in New York City, including WORD, Three Lives and McNally Jackson.
