Led Hwy 55's loyalty and cross-channel marketing program which grew from 35,000 members in May of 2014 to nearly 150,000 by March 2016.Led in-house Hwy 55 PR efforts, leading to coverage in Nation's Restaurant News, Entrepreneur, Business Insider, and elsewhere. Oversaw PR strategy and corporate communications with Hwy 55 franchisees and employees. Project managed redesign of hwy55.com, and led social media efforts on all digital channels - including extensive advertising through Facebook and Google. Grew email list 400% and developed strategy that doubled open rates.

On a staff of five, helped lead men’s lifestyle brand to a near 300% growth in traffic, from 1.9 million unique visitors a month in May 2012 to 7.3 million unique visitors in December of 2013. Through blogging and managing a roster of freelancers and featured contributors, contributed to crafting the site’s editorial voice and place in the 18­-34 male demographic. In an audience development capacity, identified new traffic partners and reported incoming and outgoing traffic.Pitched ideas to emerging and major brands and coordinated sponsored editorial and integrated marketing campaigns.
