Successfully Run for Commercial Production in 2020 and Produced Prime Product in 1st Batch of Production (Biodegradable products)• Lead team for a readiness and preparation of new plant establishment from recruitment, training plan, documentation, job acquisition, etc.• Successfully setup first and second line of extrusion processing line with addition of semi-automatic feeding system and semi-automatic sealing and packing system• Responsible for the management and scheduling of all factory work in accordance with agreed work plans which is to monitor overall plant operation for production, Quality, maintenance, logistics, facilities and whole manufacturing process with the support of production manager and others team member.• Cooperate with senior management level to formulate values and mission, and establish short and long-term strategy & direction (KPI, key action plan, etc.)• Ensure all operations are carried out efficiently & cost-effective way with minimum downtime and production loss (OEE, yield, etc.) • Lead operational management systems, policies, procedures & best practice of (ISO (9001, 14001, 22000), HACCP, GMP, HALAL, JKKP (OSHA) and all other compliances.)• Lead and supervising 5 operation executives with 4 supervisors and 20 direct labor (manual and semi-automatic process) and coverage from mixing, extrusion and packing.• Takes charge of production planning (including demand forecasting, production scheduling, ordering of material, delivery of the material and the outgoing of finish product).• Increased production capacity by implemented loss yield analysis from 3.3mil pcs/month (2019) to 4.3 mil pcs/month (2021) and 5.1mil pcs/month (2022) with estimation target to 6.0mil pcs/month in future.

• Assisting in planning, facilitate and coordinate the plant operations and maintenance of assets including equipment and machinery to comply with ESH and plant throughput target by ensuring and improving the performance, safety, quality, productivity and profitability of the plant through the provision of effective methods and strategies to meet the company goals and objectives• Oversee daily operation to ensure it could run smoothly within batch cycle time with minimum interruption and low downtime• Increase the productivity of recycle plastic extrusion process (17% up) by implementing cause effect analysis and yield monitoring from 312 Ton/month (2019) to 374 Ton/month (2020)• Enhance maintenance programs by established cost effective and proactive approach (TPM, CBM)• Oversee energy saving programs which focus on utilities facility without compromising operation requirement• Support QC team for any customer affairs in handling any complaints, continuous improvement, corrective and preventive counter measures• Analyze production report and plant performance to ensure plant is operated efficiently with minimum downtime and production loss• Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)• Support manager in all their duties and effectively carry out assigned responsibilities• Ensure consistent and smooth implementation of daily operational procedures• Consult with clients and employees to ensure satisfaction• Lead and complete special assigned side projects• Prepare letter, documentation or project paper for approval application for importation (Plastic waste import AP)• Consult with the related governmental agencies such as Environment Institute of Malaysia (EiMAS), Department of Environment Malaysia (DOE), Jabatan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal Negara (JPSPN) and Jabatan Kesihatan dan Keselamatan Pekerjaan Malaysia (JKKP) through the implementation of the governmental procedures or policies.

Successfully Run for Commercial Production in 2014 and Produced Prime Product in 1st Batch of Production (Recycled plastic resin)• Responsible in monitoring and maintaining plant equipment and machinery to ensure that it’s running as it should be and ensuring the facility is compliant with the relevant regulations and that regular check-ups are carried out to verify that machinery and processes are safe• Create, Optimize and Revise the manufacturing processes flow, manufacturing process conditions table and process condition for each process, operation instruction documents (operation standard) and the product change over operation instruction (standard) in each process.• Reduce the loss in the recycled plastic washing line from 21% to 15% by implemented lot yield analysis to identify the root cause.• Involved in customer affairs in handling any complaints, improvement plan and execute corrective and preventive solutions accordingly • Assist in production planning in terms of product and consumables readiness to ensure smoothness and continuity of plant operations• Analyze plant performance via OEE to ensure plant is operated efficiently with minimum downtime and production loss • Assist in planning, executing and data monitoring stage for any plant trial activities to ensure data is reliable and accurate • Led for any troubleshooting activities on both equipment and process abnormalities as part of opportunity for improvement• Identify process limitation and abnormalities during plant operation and propose methods to resolve the problems in no time • Initiated studies that involve improvement/modification to the current plant conditions and propose most probable solution• Plan and facilitate production schedule, manpower arrangement, etc. for plant turnaround preparedness

• Responsible for handling injection molding machine, tool fabrication (minor fabrication: insert modification, thread making), servicing activities including mold preventive maintenance.• Perform mold assembly including mold change over, repair, maintenance and services.• Perform inspection on tooling and product dimensions.• Modification & Re-Engineering factory equipment to achieve equipment optimization purposes.• Support all activities (including new line setup, etc.) for new product & process introduction.• Support on new Equipment design, fabrication and trial run before release to Production.• Design proposal presentation to engineer for checking and verification• Prepare mold downtime tracking report to engineer• Prepare mold preventive maintenance report to engineer• Assist Engineers to do data collection when failure occurs on tooling and process.• Leave the job because of continues study in bachelor degree level at UniKL Malaysia France Institute.
