Strategy and Planning• Analyze, designing and developing Ops budget and planning and further coordinate with user for Initiative budget CAPEX and OPEX• Apply budget approach and methodology to support the process of prioritization and approval• Manage the completion and submission of periodic management reports for all work performed• Monitors realization of capital expenditures and operating expendituresBusiness Performance and Management• Provide financial data to the users, accurately & timely as references for strategic decisions making:- Operations & IT Director- Other Senior Managements- Group KL- Relevant partiesPeople Management• Identify and evaluate resource capacity and availability to support the activitiesRegulatory Compliance• Overseeing and evaluate budget vs actual performance to identify potential problems, risks, and issues which will be impacted to KPI success rate• Ensure of compliance of accounting & reporting with relevant internal policies and procedures
