Reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), of which among my major responsibilities are:1. Provide and submit delivery order fabric from customers (online medium) to production department.2. Supervising subordinates in handling machines, lead team to quality control fabrics produce, record finishing goods and submit finishing fabrics to tailor.3. Monitoring flow process and take part with team from starting printing fabrics, press and laser cutting until finishing goods.4. Performed administrative works, production management and reporting to upper management as needed.5. Created proper forms and additional guidelines regarding production department to enhance and increase productivity of company.6. A part of team to branch expansion and responsible dealing with third party.7. Manage to handled relationship between supplier and company.

1) Responsibility to find strategic location store, study the demographics for short and long term perspectives.2) Applied Project Management skills, construction in setup new store.3) Build and maintains networking with contractors, suppliers, vendors, third party, property agent and also with local municipal.4) Covered maintenance aspect and applied to each store by followed management system.5) Lead team to achieve targets and goals towards company mission and objective.6) Implementation of 'Big Data' in business at our branch store.Accomplishments:Seven (7) Branch Store ExpansionOversaw the branch expansion (setup, openings and events) in several states in Malaysia namely BANDORU Shah Alam (2016); Senawang (2017); Seremban 2 (2018); Bangi, Johor Bahru, Cheras, and Ipoh (2019). The most biggest branch is 12,000 sqf. and ours the first preloved store enter the mall. Ensured the success of branch expansion by participating actively during all stages of process.The responsibilities include:a. Assisted the sales and marketing team in promoting the new branch before the opening.b. In charged of the accommodation and transportation of thirty (30) staff.c. Acquired license and permittee premise with local municipal.d. Negotiated and communicate with people from various backgrounds such as real estateagent and mall management (TESCO Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. & UDA Angsana Sdn. Bhd.) to discuss about the premise documentation.e. Monitored our five (5) panel contractors to ensure that the work was running smoothlyaccording to schedule and handled food trucks vendors.

My duties is to conceptualized ideas and create the best planning for customers to ensure the successful functions. Besides that, I also coordinate, management, administration and planning of the various events activity and program related to tourism industry.

I was managed the rating process of hotel & spa in Malaysia and perform all basic and important task related to office management.

I was managed the process of an event start from reservation (phone calls & walk-in booking), provide information in customer service unit and manage process of food & beverages (F&B).
