1. Development of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Guidelines as the Bank’s handbook in managing strategic risk.2. Establish and review Risk Appetite Statements (RAS) to ensure it continues to be relevant and responsive to changes in the business plan/activities and operating environment.3.
