As a senior accounting teacher, I am following the British curriculum at a school that holds the significant responsibility of designing and implementing an educational program that aligns with the UK's rigorous accounting standards. This involves creating a comprehensive curriculum that covers essential accounting principles, as well as delivering engaging and informative lessons that enable students to grasp complex financial concepts. I am also responsible for conducting assessments, including examinations and coursework evaluations, in accordance with British educational norms, and providing constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress. Additionally, I play a role in keeping up-to-date with developments in British accounting practices and regulations, ensuring that students are well-prepared for both academic excellence and potential careers in accounting within the UK or on an international scale.

As part of the job, I had the responsibilities of Financial Reporting, Budgeting and forecasting, Compliance, Policies and procedures, Managing the accounting team, and Communicating with stakeholders.

As a senior accounting teacher, I was responsible for Curriculum Development, Instruction, Assessment, Individualized Support, Professional Development, Mentorship, Communication, Committee Participation,Professional Ethics, Continuous Improvement, etc.

Within my role, I've been involved in tasks such as working on financial statements, determining inventory valuation, assessing asset valuation, performing tax calculations, reconciling bank statements, and auditing payroll systems.
