Maintenance Contracts – Maintaining various maintenance contracts for the firm based on their requirements which included various IT related Hardware & software contracts. Also contracts for various equipments like printers, scanners, fax, Air Conditioners & note counting machine and provide services whenever needed.2. Maintaining Tenancy contracts – Ensuring up to date tenancy contracts of all Branches, Head office & warehouses and assist in its renewal process by co-ordinating with PROs along with the custodial responsibilities of original contracts.3. Maintaining Trade License - Ensuring up to date trade license of all Branches, Head office & warehouses and assist in its renewal process by co-coordinating with PROs along with the custodial responsibilities of original license of Sharjah Branches and dispatching the rest of the originals to the respective branches.4.
