- Executing and assisting of the operation and maintenance breakdowns UPS, HVAC , LV Pod, MV Pod, Transformer, Consumer Landing Station (CLS) , Generators, Fan Wall unit and Fire Suppression System.- Responsible for delivering a high-quality maintenance service to the Data Centre and ensure that maintenance work efficiently, effectively, safety and in line with the maintenance strategy.- Ensure the successful operation maintenance and repair of all critical equipment system while maintaining 100% uptime on site.- Plan completion of planned and reactive work orders with 100% completion every month.- Assist in planning, supervision and handover of any project related change or improvement within the facility.- Ensure that Network Operation Centre (NOC) , stores, and workshop are clean and tidy at all times.- Work closely with management and the wider operational team on the review of equipment failures and preparation of detailed root cause analysis and action plan report.- Provide input into and develop site specific procedures associated with maintenance and operation of critical equipment.- SOP's , EOP's , MOP's Creation by engaging each vendor O&M of all equipment.- Operate equipment, monitor and respond to alarm and abnormal conditions in the NOC as required. Ensure that EPMS, BMS and Fire System alarms are responded to the highest priority.- creating Maintenance Operating Procedure (MOP) and Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) for equipment replacement. I worked with a team to develop clear, step-by-step guidelines for replacing equipment. These documents helped technicians carry out replacements efficiently and safely, reducing downtime and improving overall efficiency.-Deliver all task for customer's service level agreement are in compliance at all times, the SLA covers such as incident escalate to customer within 15 minutes upon reported to monitoring center, written incident report issue within 24 hour.

-Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance work on low voltage or high voltage system/ associated equipment/ ex equipment.- Perform switching operation on the installation low voltage system as per PTW requirement- Generator synchronizing, breakdown and planned maintenance.- Troubleshooting LV/ HV electric system and equipment such as motor, heater and plant lighthing.- Respond to emergency as per resque plant (ERT)- Supervise and coordinate LV and HV electrical installation/ modification work by contractor and vendor in compliance to installation- Megger LV / HV motor at switchboard panel and plant.- Calibrate and service transmitter, thermocouple, RTD, Pressure Safety Valve (PSV), ELR and switchgear (ACB, VCB) 11kv and 6.6 kv- Alignment motor using laser and gauge.
