At the same time I had a fair knowledge and understanding of some of the ongoing projects that time on SCVMM (Virtual Machine Manager) and SCO (Orchestrator). Cisco UCS SCOM Management Pack is one project where I had a lot of involvement in terms of re-designing and re-coding entire project solely from scratch.While my career was mostly revolving around Microsoft integrations, I took a bold step to come out of my boundaries and do something different. Thats when I had taken up the challenge to build the Cisco IMC Ruby SDK and Cisco IMC Chef Cookbook again from scratch. I did everything from designing, coding, automating test-cases, posting and handing customers. My career at cisco took a positive turn when I got the opportunity to start working on cloud technologies like Azure Stack and Cisco Intersight. These are two of most important project that I am currently working on "OSDA Script for Cisco Integrated System for Azure Stack" and "Powershell SDK for Cisco Intersight"Role:For the above projects, I had played variety of roles. For some of them I had to play an architect and re-design the project from scratch, while for some other projects, I had to play as a technical lead team, moving the team in the right direction to complete the projects. For some of them I had to the core developer to build entire code.

DASH Management Console 2.0 is targeted to provide an enhanced user experience with additional functionalities. The DASH CLI v1.5 is a command line application used to perform out of band management tasks (power management, asset inventory, alerts, etc.) using DMTF DASH specifications (DASH CLI v1.5 supports 2.33 DMTF schema)The DASH plug-in for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) allows SCCM users to remotely manage client systems that support the DMTF DASH standard. The plug-in supports DASH 1.0 and 1.1 capabilities, including: Discovery, Asset Inventory, Remote Power Control (On/Off), Provisioning, Sensors, Subscribe to DASH events, Wake on DASH, Boot Control, Media Redirection (USB), and Text Console/Serial Redirection. The plug-in also supports additional features such as integration with Active Directory.DASH SDK is an end to end solution based on DASH protocol which works both on Linux (OpenSuse/ Fedora) and Windows. Using DASH SDK, user can remotely manage (shutdown, reboot or change bios settings) the systems.

As a C++ Developer/Team Member, I am responsible to attend sessions to discuss and analyze the requirements for new initiatives/enhancements. Based on the analysis, inputs and outputs I work to suggest a design for the problem through a design document. Once the design is finalized I execute (code) the design. While implementation I am responsible to take care that the existing functionality remains intact. Before releasing the code I am also responsible to conduct the unit test as well as integration testing to ensure the functionality is working according to the requirement document. My responsibilities includes writing critical backend API's/Servers/WebServices (gSOAP) used to configure/manage equipment at the customer premises remotely at real time. Primary technologies I am involved, includes C/C++, gSOAP, WSDL, UNIX. Secondary technologies includes Shell Script, IBM DB2 and Web Sphere MQ.
